Project

The Company upholds the concept of green building design, encourages innovation and application of green building technologies, and emphasizes the integrated application of green building technology and BIM technology. By combining sustainable technical strategies with refined architectural creativity, CSADI strives to make every project coexist harmoniously with nature. The Company has achieved outstanding results in green building technology innovation and design integration, specialized research and application, green building certification, and the preparation of green building standards.

1. Innovation and Design Integration of Green Building Technology

The Company actively promotes energy-saving technologies that reduce building energy consumption through architectural design rather than relying solely on mechanical and electrical systems. These include rational building orientation, sun-shading design, rainwater recycling, thermal insulation of envelope structures, and natural ventilation strategies. Scientific methods such as energy consumption simulation, wind environment simulation, daylight simulation and acoustic design are used to optimize design solutions and realize cost-effective green buildings.

Wuhan Lvjingyuan Phase I was the first national comfortable housing demonstration project in Hubei Province. The design followed principles of land and energy conservation, using solar water heaters, reclaimed water systems and other energy- and water-saving technologies. The project received multiple national and provincial awards. The National Stadium of Costa Rica, the first Chinese-aided project in Central America, also adopted green design concepts such as natural ventilation, solar energy, energy-saving lighting and rainwater recycling.

For the Company's research and design center, green building technologies were applied with emphasis on energy saving and indoor environment quality. Measures included adjustable louvers inside insulating glass windows, vertical ventilation channels formed by shared atriums, ice storage air-conditioning, heat recovery, solar hot water, light-pipe daylighting, rainwater recycling and landscape irrigation systems.

In the renovation and expansion of the Military Museum of the Chinese People's Revolution, daylight simulation and functional analysis were used to introduce roof skylights, vertical louvers and horizontal sun-shading panels, meeting exhibition requirements while reducing energy consumption.

2. Specialized Research and Application of Green Building Technology

The integrated solar energy design of Hangzhou East Railway Station was one of China's first demonstration projects combining large-scale photovoltaic power generation with large public buildings. The project installed about 79,000 square meters of photovoltaic modules with a generation capacity of about 10.04 MWp.

Zhengzhou East Railway Station adopted reclaimed-water source heat pump technology, reducing heat emission, carbon dioxide emissions and water consumption compared with conventional air-conditioning systems, while also lowering operation costs.

3. Preparation of Green Building Standards

The Company has actively participated in the preparation of green building and energy-saving standards, including technical standards, local standards and research achievements such as green railway station evaluation standards and building energy-saving design standards. These efforts have supported the development and application of green building technology.
